WARRANTY COVERAGE
The installed Kaca Film Bali window film will continue to function properly in terms of:
- Heat Rejection Performance: The window film will retain its ability to reflect/reject solar heat according to specifications.
- Adhesion & Physical Condition: The window film will remain firmly adhered and will not crack or peel.
- Color Stability: The window film will not discolor or fade significantly.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
Losses or damage arising from: Misuse, negligence, or intentional damage by the buyer, whether directly or indirectly.
Double-layer installation using another brand.
If a double-layer installation is performed using Kaca Film Bali products at the customer’s request, the warranty applies only to the first (base) layer.
Installation or repairs carried out by any party other than the Seller or technicians not officially appointed by the Seller.
